# How big is the Trainer+?

## Dimensions of the hardware and recommended workout radius.

#### Unboxed

- The machine's footprint is 20.5" long x 46" wide (520 mm long x 1170 mm wide).  
    - The platform height is 4.5" (115 mm high) from the floor.
    - The full length of each rope is 9.8 feet (3 metres).
- The machine weighs 80 pounds (38 kg).

#### Packaged for shipping

- The machine's boxed dimensions are 52.3" long x 26" wide x 8.7" high (1330 mm long x 660 mm wide x 200 mm high).
- In its packaging, the machine weighs 106 pounds (48 kg).

#### During use

- Make sure you have sufficient space around the Trainer+ while working out. We recommend a radius of at least 5 feet (1.5 metres).
