# Check the Trainer+ Resistance Ropes for visible signs of wear.

## Assess the condition of wear on your Resistance Ropes.

The ropes are Dyneema® core construction ropes and hold extremely high tension through the inner core.

The black cosmetic outer sheath is designed to display signs of abrasion yet maintain a safe operating standard.

No signs of wear on black outer sheath.
