How do I cancel my All Access Membership?

To cancel you'll need to know:

• Machine Serial Number
• Billing email address

Click on the link https://activate.vitruvianform.com/cancel - you'll be asked to key-in your machine's serial number.

Once you submit your serial number, we'll send you an email. Simply follow the prompts of our email to complete your cancellation.
